With each place setting, you will receive:

• a teacup and saucer

• an appetizer/bread & butter plate (6-8”)

• a salad/dessert plate (8-10”)

  • Please note: larger dinner plates (10-12”) are available as add-ons

• a teaspoon, fork, and butter knife

• a shared tiered tray (varies between 2 & 3 tiers), averaging at 1 tiered tray for every 3-4 guests.

• a shared teapot with strainer, averaging at 1 teapot for every 3-4 guests.

• shared milk jug & sugar bowl set, averaging at 1 set for every 3-4 guests.

• shared sugar tongs for sugar cubes

• Cleaning service upon return of items

• Don’t forget about additional “add-on” items available (see below)

• Delivery is available for some locations (see below)

Add-On Items: We offer additional items as “add-ons,” including tablecloths, table runners, fine china glasses and stemware, serving platters, cake stands, bowls, teapot cozies, floral centerpieces and other table decor, photo frames, place card holders, tea bag caddies, card boxes, and more. Delivery: Please contact us to determine if delivery is available for your event date. Delivery services are available for orders over $100 (teaware for about 7+ people). The delivery cost is $1.00 per mile each way, up to 45 miles each way from Augusta, Maine. Please reach out to discuss delivery availability or if your event is further than 45 miles away from Augusta. We deliver approximately 24-48 hours before your event and collect the items the day after, or at an agreed-upon time.

Table setup: We offer a table setup service so you can focus on the final details of your special event. Pleae contact us to determine if table setup is available for your event date. We can currently accomodate parties of up to 100 guests using mix & match teaware. Please reach out to discuss larger parties if needed.

Our teaware packages use mix-and-match patterns to create sets; however, we do also have some matching sets. If you are interested in specific patterns or if your event has a theme, please reach out to discuss how we can help you create a cohesive look with complementary patterns and styles.

Examples of how we can customize your pieces include:

• selecting blue patterns for a boy's baby shower

• selecting neutral teaware for bridal showers or weddings

• selecting bolder colors for an outdoor garden-themed event

• choosing Autumn-themed/colored teacups to bring out the colors of the season

• recommending add-ons that will elevate your event’s look (place card holders, card boxes, floral arrangements, etc.)

Delivery: Please contact us to determine if delivery is available for your event date. We typically deliver approximately 24-48 hours before your event date and collect the items the day after your event, or at an agreed-upon time.

Pickup: Pickup of rented items is arranged in or close to Augusta, Maine. The client is responsible for picking up and returning the rented items at the agreed-upon time. Any items returned late may incur a late fee. More information is available on our Terms of Service page.

The client is responsible for the safekeeping of all items rented. By renting our items, the client understands that vintage items can be more fragile and require special care and attention to avoid damage and breaks. The client agrees to handle all items rented with extra care. You can view our Replacement Policy here.

What if something breaks? Damages to inventory or loss may incur additional charges to replace these items. We include a breakdown of the cost for replacement items in our service contract.

Do we need to wash the items before returning? All teaware must be free of any food and drink residues before being repacked in the containers provided at the time of pickup/delivery. Please just wipe the teaware clean and refrain from hand washing or using a dishwasher on any of the rented items.

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks ahead for large events and 2-3 weeks for smaller gatherings. However, please feel free to reach out to us anytime to check availability! We do accept last-minute bookings as long as the inventory is available. Contact us to schedule a booking.
