Each piece of our teaware carries a history of previous use, which means you may notice some blemishes and minor imperfections—these unique characteristics are part of their charm! Rest assured, every item is carefully inspected before and after use to ensure quality. Please note that any major damage, including chips, holes, or hairline cracks, will require compensation for replacement according to our replacement policy. Please thoroughly review the policy here. This policy will also be provided upon booking.
