Our story

Rachel's love for tea began in her early childhood years, marked by a memorable birthday tea party in elementary school. It was during this celebration that she was presented with a cherished gift - a delicate set of teacups, saucers, and a teapot - treasured pieces that remain in her collection to this day. Her passion for tea truly blossomed during her time in England, where, from 2014 to 2016, she immersed herself in the quintessentially British tradition of Sunday tea with dear friends. Having an antique store next to the teahouse proved serendipitous, as Rachel carefully curated her personal collection of unique teacups, each piece telling its own story. Since making Maine her home in late 2016, Rachel has continued to honor and share her love for tea by hosting elegant tea parties for friends and family, creating moments of connection and joy around a perfectly brewed cup of tea.
