Payment, Refund, Return Policy
We accept payment via cash, personal checks, and Venmo. Please let us know if you would prefer to pay using a different payment method. Full payment is required upon booking. A 100% refund for tea party bookings will be issued if the booking is cancelled 14 days or more before the date of the event. A refund for services will be provided within 14 days of cancellation using a refund payment method that is agreed upon between the two parties. Rental cancellations 8-13 days before the rental date are 50% refundable. Rental cancellations 0-7 days before the rental date are non-refundable; however, the reservation can be rescheduled to a different date within 6 months of the initial booking date if desired.
Refunds are not given for items that are unused.
We do accept LAST MINUTE rental orders (within 7 days of event date) - please contact us to see if the date & items are available. In this case, the booking is non-refundable but can be transferred to another party date.
In the event of inclement weather, please note that all tea party rentals are non-refundable. However, we understand the importance of your special occasion and are happy to offer the option to reschedule your tea party to a different date within 6 months of the initial party date. This allows you the flexibility to still enjoy your tea party experience with us at a more suitable time. Kindly contact us as soon as possible to make necessary arrangements for rescheduling.
