Rental Period
The rental period is for 24-72 hours. The exact pickup/delivery and return times will be determined upon booking.
Delivery Service:
Please contact us to determine if delivery is available for your event date. Delivery services are available for orders over $100 (teaware for about 7+ people). The delivery cost is $1.00 per mile each way, up to 45 miles each way from Augusta, Maine. Please reach out to discuss delivery availability or if your event is further than 45 miles away from Augusta. We deliver approximately 24-48 hours before your event and collect the items the day after, or at an agreed-upon time.
If you choose to pick up and return the items, you will be responsible for picking up and returning the items at the agreed-upon time. Any items returned late may incur a late fee.
Table Setup Service:
We offer a table setup service so you can focus on the final details of your special event. Pleae contact us to determine if table setup is available for your event date. Rates start at $25 per hour. Please reach out to discuss the specifics of your event and for a custom quote.
Condition of Rental Inventory
The client is responsible for the safekeeping of all items rented. By renting our items, the client understands that vintage items can be more fragile and require special care and attention to avoid damage and breaks. The client agrees to handle all items rented with extra care. Teaware is inspected before every pickup and/or delivery and again upon return/pickup. All rentals are in good condition unless otherwise noted in the contract. Any damages, breakages, or loss of rental pieces will be billed according to our replacement policy.
Missing or Broken Pieces

Payment, Refund, Return Policy
We accept all major credit cards, cash, personal checks, and digital payment platforms. Full payment is required upon booking. A 100% refund for tea party booking services will be issued if the service is cancelled 14 days or more before the date of the event. A refund for services will be provided within 14 days of cancellation using a refund payment method that is agreed upon between the two parties. Rental cancellations 0-13 days before the rental date are non-refundable.
