First Course: Savories - Bottom Tier
Mushroom Soup: Alternative options for those who do not enjoy mushrooms include broccoli & cheddar soup, lentil soup, and carrot & ginger soup.
Turkey & Blackberry Tea Sandwiches: Spread blackberry jam on one slice of bread, layer with slices of turkey, then top with another slice of bread.
Mini Shepherd’s Pies: Brown ground meat, mix with vegetables and gravy, spoon into small (oven-safe!) bowls or ramekins, top with mashed potatoes, and bake until golden brown.
Winter quiche: Preheat your oven, whisk together eggs and cream, then add your favorite winter vegetables and cheese before pouring the mixture into a pie crust and baking until golden brown.
Second Course: Scones - Middle Tier
